The KIN Capital Advantage

People

Entrepreneurs cannot make great companies without great people. We focus on helping our employees to maximize their potential in life, helping them succeed through pay, benefits, coaching, and advancement opportunities unparalleled in the industry. And we always look for opportunities to promote from within.

Ecosystem

Our operational and growth success are achieved by targeting thriving companies that have hit a growth ceiling for their investment and expertise. We work with each founder to develop a plan for what can get the company to the next level, and then we deploy the time, talent, technology, and investments to turn the founder’s dream into a lasting legacy.

Expertise

We know business! We have extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, accounting, business growth strategy and operational logistics. Leveraging that team and experience, we are able to work on the business, not just in it, and we achieve what the founders dreamed of but were never able to reach on their own.

Solid Results Through
Experienced Leadership

We are known for deep expertise in the building products industry, with more than a decade of investments in a wide range of companies, from custom manufactured wood products to iron doors and many more.

Through KIN’s model of exclusive lower middle-market building industry focus, strong alignment of vision and interests with proven operating partners, and prudent risk and reward assessment, KIN has achieved exceptional investment performance over the past decade.
